Sunday School ...for Global Parents

I just attended an inspiring presentation on Prosperity...realizing prosperity, cultivating prosperity.  One important take-away from mindfulness prosperity practice? When we pay any bill, experience/express gratefulness for having each dollar we have to pay that particular bill!

• Thank the source of the money we have available to put back into circulation.
• Thank ourselves for getting up each day to engage in the work that earns that money.
• Thank the system of currency exchange now available 
• Then steward our co-creative powers ...in our mind's eye elevate it to a Higher Power, expand it's capacity to align ever more closely with honor, goodness (GODNESS), and claim every capacity to change for the better of our race, The Human Race.

Our devotion and commitment to our role, as students and practitioners of Global Parenting, fuel desire to expand application of all good learning to other arenas.  So we are encouraged to transfer the prosperity lesson above to being appreciation of the our toddler's TERRIFIC TWO'S:

• Thank your toddler for demonstrating a sense of industry and passion when s/he wants to exert power over matters and material in his/her environment: match this level of passion with gratefulness:"Thank you for caring so much! Thank you for  wanting to do this work!  Let me help you even more: Watch how we can do it even more easily": (demonstrate). 
• Thank our toddlers for getting up each day with energy and enthusiasm to engage his/her self-chosen work of being one and two and three...later his/her engagement in the work will earn money accordingly! (If you find you must take them from their work because of a higher order priority they are too young to understand, acknowledge the goodness of their desire.  Tell them when you will bring them back to it, make time for it, do it together.  Their desires are big deals.  Honor their passion for active engagement.  It is the bud of productivity!!!
• Thank your genes for working well in your progeny! You are witnessing a system of currency exchange now in active development.  Handle it with care, matched passion, gratitude.  Be true to your promise: when you tell a child you will take responsibility for getting them back later to their "work," do it! They model your trustworthiness, straightforwardness, steadfastness.  Make these characteristics part of you family system. 
• Then steward your co-creative powers ...in your mind's eye elevate your child's interest and zeal to a Higher Power, expand it's capacity to align ever more closely with honor, goodness (GODNESS), and claim every capacity to change for the better of our race, The Human Race.
